Doctor Who TARDIS console room floor base part released by Dapol in 1987 and for several years afterward. This was part of the TARDIS console room playset gift set and has pegs and guidelines for attaching walls and figures, and also includes a "track" for a motorized K9 figure to circle the center of the base.
