Product Overview

Green Ghost "The Luminous Game You Can Play in the Dark" released by Transogram in 1965. The game is in loose, played with condition and is missing a few parts, but overall is an exciting Grail item in the vintage haunted house/monster board game category. The game features glow-in-the-dark parts and is an impressive piece.

Includes:

  • Playing board with 6 attachable legs
  • Green Ghost spinner
  • Spinner base
  • Numbers and dividers (missing one number and two dividers)
  • 3 pieces of scenery: haunted house, shipwreck and gnarled tree (no broken pieces!)
  • 3 folding boxes ("pits") (some discoloration, dents and a small tear in one but fully functional)
  • 3 pit covers w/keyholes
  • 3 keys (missing the fourth key)
  • "Bat feathers" (plenty still present)
  • "Bones" (several appear to be missing but it's unclear how many were originally included)
  • "Snakes" (these were essentially cut rubber bands; several are still present but several are presumably missing)
  • 12 Ghost Kids
  • 3 player tokens: Cat, Rat and Vulture (the fourth token, Bat, is missing)
  • Original instruction sheet (some yellowing)
  • Original box (multiple imperfections but structurally sound and displayable; some scotch tape present where previous owners have sealed one end)
  • A few original cardboard packing pieces (not pictured)

The glow-in-the-dark features have not recently been tested.

Please take into account this game is almost 60 years old and is essentially being sold as-is. Note the missing parts/pieces indicated above and feel free to ask for further pictures or details.
