Dr. Seuss' How the Grinch Stole Christmas! Santa Grinch and Cindy Lou Who (with Who Drum Bike) action figure 2-pack released by Playmates in 2000. Figures appear to be 1:18 scale. Set is mint on card (MOC). The card shows moderate signs of shelf wear all around and has remnants of an original Walmart price sticker on the front of the bubble. There is a minor dent in the bubble along the bottom.
