Punisher 1991 back pack accessory released by Toy Biz in 1991 with the Punisher Marvel Super Heroes action figure. One button is broken and the electronics do not work (but may just need replacement batteries). The original purpose of the pack was to talk, saying the phrases "Vengeance is mine," "No escape for the guilty," and machine guns sounds, etc.
