Shipping
At the current time we are only shipping within the United States and to Canada. Our general policy is to ship orders within 2-3 business days. However, most of our orders go out the next business day if at all possible.
When you place an order, estimated shipping costs will be provided based on the shipping option you choose. We are currently offering select USPS and UPS services for all domestic shipments and select USPS International options to Canada.
Please note that the shipping rates for many of our items are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, weights may be rounded up to the next full pound. In some cases the size of the package may be considered as well. If you feel there is an error in the shipping estimates provided for your location, please Contact Us and we will look into the issue.
During peak holiday seasons we will make every effort to ship packages in as timely a manner as possible. However, we cannot guarantee the timeliness of delivery once we transfer the package to the carrier. If your purchase is meant as a gift, please order early to ensure ample time for delivery.
Returns Policy
We strive to do everything right the first time. However, we realize that people and systems are not perfect and that occasionally problems arise. If there is a problem with your order for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can review the problem and offer a solution. Returns are usually an option for items that are to be returned in the same condition they were purchased in (see note below), but many times there are other ways to resolve an issue.
Note: Given the age and collectible nature of many of our items, we cannot guarantee the quality or condition of an item if you choose to open it. For example, if you choose to open a 30-year-old action figure and a joint breaks, we cannot be held responsible for that breakage. In this example, we would also not be able to refund you for the figure, even if unbroken, if you chose to open the figure and then decided you wanted to return it. Therefore, in most cases, if you desire to return an item, it must be in the same condition that you received it in. As stated above, please contact us with any problems first so that we can understand the situation and offer any possible resolutions or specific instructions.
In general, most returns should be initiated within 30 days of purchase. We realize that during the traditional gift-giving season, it might take longer to discover problems, so we do allow up to 60 days around the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays to initiate a return. The actual processing time of the refund may vary based on payment method, etc., but we will strive to process refunds within 7 business days. For most returns, we will work with you to coordinate a return shipping label, depending on the circumstances of the return.
