Star Trek The Next Generation (TNG) Personal Communicator (Official Starfleet Communication Device) roleplay accessory released by Playmates in 1992. Item appears to be in mint, unused/unopened condition, however the tape is missing from one end of the box. The box shows some signs of shelf wear but is unpunched. There are remnants of an original price sticker along the upper edge of the top flap. There is a slight crease on the back. The device was tested through the "Press Here" feature and did not work, so the batteries appear to be in need of replacement (requires two A76 watch batteries).
