A week or so ago we were made aware that some of our customers may have experienced an error message at checkout with regard to the real-time shipping quotes feature. Please know that if you ever encounter any issues at checkout, particularly with the shipping quotes and services offered, you can always contact us directly at iceplanetcollectibles@gmail.com for personalized assistance with shipping quotes, alternative shipping services, and other special requests. We are capable of using most, if not all, USPS and UPS services, and can use a full range of FedEx services as well. We limit the number of options at checkout for simplicity... it can be frustrating and overwhelming to see dozens of options in a single dropdown list. We offer the most commonly used, standard, and/or economical options for our customers. But again, if there is a particular carrier and service you prefer, let us know! Our goal is to connect collectors with the items they're searching for. The last thing we want is for shipping services or onsite error messages to stand in the way of that!
